KM Coaching – Booking Terms & Conditions

By completing a booking with KM Coaching, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following:

• Places are subject to availability and are confirmed once the required payment has been received.

• Parents/guardians must provide accurate and up-to-date contact, emergency, medical and additional-needs information.

• Children must arrive appropriately dressed and equipped for the activity, including suitable footwear, shin pads, a refillable water bottle, packed lunch/snacks where required, and any necessary medication.

• Parents/guardians must remain contactable throughout the session or camp day and ensure that collection arrangements are accurate and up to date.

• Children are expected to follow coach instructions and behave respectfully and safely. KM Coaching reserves the right to contact a parent/guardian or remove a child from an activity where behaviour presents a safety or serious behavioural concern.

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the booked activity are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 7–13 days before are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before are non-refundable.

• Missed sessions or camp days are non-refundable.

• If KM Coaching cancels an activity, affected customers will be offered an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement.

• Photography/video is managed according to the consent provided during registration.

• Personal information will be handled in accordance with the KM Coaching Privacy & Data Policy.

• Participation in football and physical activity carries an inherent risk of minor injury. KM Coaching will take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment, appropriate supervision and suitable first-aid provision.
